Friedrichshafen is a 58.000 people city on the northern side of Lake Constance, in Southern Germany. It's an important industrial area (Zeppelin, ZF, Dornier, Maybach) but certainly a nice town to visit for all those who enjoy sailing. From the unaccesible Kathmandu, i tried to collect some dishes representative from the Nepalese cuisine, that could be considered a mixing between indian and chinese in some way.

They love buffalo meat, that is their cheapest meat even below chicken. They don't cook much beef, i presume because of the strong influence of the Indian cuisine and hinduism.

This foods were mainly provided in the tourist-friendly area of Thamel, so they are easily accesible to any visitor who spends some days there.
